What was the impetus for Design Onsite llC?

To assist the small business community and those they serve.

As a respected member of the design community, with extensive experience in working in shops and multiple businesses as well as designing for, often design insight was sought from Dr. Cimino. An advocate of all things “good” design and the positive influence design can have, Dr. Cimino has assisted and inspired shop owners and small businesses over several years, and in doing so, refreshingly, owners realized not all improvements required extensive renovations and trade cost associated to make a positive difference in their space. Providing a unique service from a design perspective and that of the consumer was clearly void in the small business market. Design Onsite LLC was formed to fill the void, focusing on the consumer/client point of view of the business space, in turn, strengthening the point of sale and generate repeat business for the business.

Are you a Design Firm?

While we are highly qualified in the practice of Interior Architecture, our business passion is focused on empowering you to make small changes with a big impact. The comprehensive report of noted suggestions is purposefully presented in bullet form, in this way you can prioritize changes based on your time, budget, and scope desired. However, should you seek to implement “Advanced” considerations per our report analysis, Design Onsite LLC is able to work with you based on a retainer fee, in a design firm consultancy practice role & based on our schedule availability.

How long does it take from Observation to the 1:1 report out with a business owner?

Upon receipt of payment for Design Onsite observation to start, we schedule within a two-week window and share out the 1:1 report recommendation no more than two weeks later. We aim to complete observation to report share-out within one business month. Such may change slightly based on the business owner's availability.

Am I required to implement all the “Immediate” report out recommendations made?

Our observation and field notes yield a tailored concierge service of actionable solutions you can or may decide not to implement. The goal of our consultancy is to “consult” with you areas that could benefit from improvements made. The ease of a comprehensive share-out is to have a reference to refer to based on what your business seeks, prioritizes, to change.

What is Design Onsite LLC’s payment structure & type of payment accepted?

Design Onsite LLC consultancy charges (1) a flat-rate fee
Purposefully convenient, collected prior to the start of observation
: (credit charge) via our website.

50% of the fee rate is charged prior to Design Onsite observation to begin field notation collection service (travel & time included in fee) with the remaining 50% charged to your credit card post the 1:1 report share out. Post the 1:1 report share-out, should advanced a ‘la carte Design Onsite services be sought, a retainer fee is established per hours consulted-beyond hours drawn from the retainer fee, net 30 or credit card is accepted through the secure www. What area does Design Onsite LLC consult in?

We consult within our community: 1-25 employee staff businesses & real estate within a 25-mile radius of Exton PA (E.g. Main Line, Chadds Ford, Lancaster PA locales). Consult time and travel is part of our convenient report fee.
