Terms of service.
Design Onsite LLC is a recognized
Limited Liability Corporation in the state of Pennsylvania.
Design Onsite LLC provides consulting services to local community business owners who seek design insight into how their space is perceived by their clients, customers, and end-users.
Any/all 1:1 report share-outs are intended to suggest recommendations that the owner can employ at their will. There is no assumed or expected implementation on the part of the business owner.
(1) Fee Including: Observation & 1:1 report out.
Accepted Payment: Credit card. The consulting fee is outlined during the initial meet & greet.
The Observation start of service fee Payment is processed prior to Design Onsite commencing: 50% of the total fee.
Payments are made via credit card via secure payment processing. When the payment is received, a start date to observe the Design Onsite will be made with the business owner.
Post the report share-out with the business owner, the second 50% of the total fee will be processed via credit card payment.
Should Design Onsite LLC services be sought for professional design services beyond the 1:1 report shared out, to proceed with the “Advanced” recommendation, a retainer fee will be established prior to design consultation commencing.
Billable hours for any/all consultation will be drawn from the retainer with a digital record of such made available to the business owner for adequate record keeping.
Design hours that exceed the retainer will be invoiced every two weeks thereafter till paid in full.
All work to be done onsite of the business are the expressed will, budget, and liability of the business owner & trades (they employ) carrying out any/all changes from original conditions when first observed.
Design Onsite LLC assumes no liability for any changes made to the site by clients/customers consulted with nor other trade work carried out as hired by the business.
Images/photographs during field observations will be taken of the business and will remain the expressed permission of Design Onsite LLC for purposes of field notation collection & report out.
Images with owner/staff/customers/clients/patients will not be taken. Spatial images only for evaluation purposes may be taken and referenced for report purposes.
Design Onsite LLC may seek permission to share out "before & after” images of the business. No images will be uploaded or cited on the Design Onsite LLC website without the expressed permission of the business owner.
Any/all floor plans and elevations will be hand-sketched on the premises during observation and will be accompanied by photographs for recall detail accuracy.
Accurate, hard-lined digital plans/elevations/drawings/ reflected ceiling plans, etc. will only be provided if Advanced design services are sought beyond the 1:1 report share-out with the business owner.
