Please note: Design Onsite llC focuses on consumer/patient public access areas. Areas such as stock storage, kitchens, staff offices, private physician's office space etc. are not evaluated.

Our concierge service: The Business of Spatial Experience Interpretation & analysis starts with a convenient meet & greet at your place of business to review, with you, our design onsite observation, analysis, and 1:1 report share out.

At the conclusion of the initial meet & greet, our new clients are charged 50% of the total consultation fee prior to Design Onsite observation to begin field notations. Remote fee processing is (via credit card).

Our tailored, concierge, report includes a 2-Part analysis of immediate and advanced recommendations for your business space. Based on the report recommendations (non-permit) floor plan, elevations, images that correlate to the recommendations for ease of reference may also be included.

The remaining 50% of the overall fee is charged remotely to your credit card at the conclusion of the 1:1 report share out, upon which time, your custom detailed 1:1 report share-out is presented in hard copy format w/ an accompanying, ease of reference, a digital PDF file of the report & any/all drawings.

Note: all travel & time is included in the consultation fee.

Beyond the 1:1 share-out with you, should you decide to proceed toward the advanced report recommendations, we offer an a la carte hourly rate based on the level of Design Advocacy guidance hours you seek w/ trades as needed (retainer hours will be billed against the retainer based on the scope of the work completed & shared out with you.)
